Schloss Britz in Berlin's southeast takes the prize for coolest Christmas Market this year. It carried a medieval theme with lots of people in costume and many bizarre displays. Dragons, Viking Ships, homemade leather goods, witch dresses, shaman headgear and Met, a honey-wine alternative to Glühwein.
There was also a fire show, with lots of people whipping flaming things around in front of our faces. We sat on cold benches in the front row and were treated to a quite amazing show for the budget level these guys probably had to work with!
